Who are we?

Creative Capture Photography was founded by Newcastle photographer Glen Somerville.

Glen hopes to bring a fresh and creative approach to photography, with a desire to produce images that will touch hearts and reflect a celebration of life and its people .

Glen has a very gentle, relaxed nature, yet has proven ability to excel in high-pressure environments and demanding situations. This, combined with technical ability, willingness to please, and a keen eye to spot "that shot" brings together your Creative Captures.

Wedding Photography

 An unobtrusive, relaxed, yet professional wedding photography service, capturing moments to cherish forever on what undoubtedly is the most important day of your life.

On-Location Portraits

 Relaxed and creative portraits, whether it be some fun with friends, a model portfolio or family portraits, all at your favourite locations.

Studio Portraits

 Look your best in a studio glamour package and have some fun at the same time.

Event Coverage

 Capture your event with style and reliability, whether it be a social or corporate event. We aim to get all the angles while remaining as unobtrusive as possible.

 

What do we use?

Glen shoots with professional cameras and an assortment of professional grade lenses, which provide superior clarity as well as optimum performance in poor lighting conditions.

Glen also utilises portable lighting equipment to add creative possibilities not offered by many other photographers.

Reliability is paramount and spare equipment is always carried. You will also have peace of mind knowing your images are instantly recorded on two separate cards at time of capture, because you don't want to lose your wedding memories to a card failure!

In addition to this, our image data is always kept safe, secure and separate to prevent loss by theft or fire. It is precious cargo!
